“Stand straight!”, “Don’t slouch!”, “Look up!” – I am sure all of us have heard this as kids at one time or another. Whether from our teachers, or any other superiors we grew up around. You know what???? They were RIGHT! Posture is super important to the way you look and feel. It is something that can make you look great in an INSTANT! I have been seeing posture get worse and worse every year I have been in this business. The solution is simple – Remember to tell yourself to STAND TALL!
