Happy Sunny Sunday NYC! Great day today isn’t it? And yes I am putting up two posts today – because I am all kinds of awesome and can do cool things like that!
Yesterday I had to help my brother move out of his apartment at the crack of dawn –
I had ZERO time to cook anything for breakfast, pretty much I just had to get up and go. However, I did not settle for a POP TART! Here is my quick breakfast for those pressing times:
- 2 scoops Vanilla protein in milk with a dash of cinnamon (unbelievably good by the way!)
- Handful of Walnuts
- 1 Banana
Quick, easy, nutritious, and it held me over for a good 2-3 hours!
A breakfast like this, though still not optimal, will make you look sexier than eating Captain Crunch!
