Training Log ~

I know I have not posted this up for a WHILE! But now its time!

Over the last couple of months my training regimen has been a steady routine of 2 days strength training, and 2 days kettlebell work either at home, or at the gym.

Todays workout seemed so simple on paper,  but it ended up being prety rough. As always, I had to keep it short and effective because I was pressed for time!

A1 Trap Bar Deadlift – 7 Sets x Reps of 12 10 8 6 4 2 2 – I maxed out at 405lbs for the last 2! (Go me!)

B1 Seated Row – 4 Setsx 8 Reps – Maxed out with 160lbs

C1 KB 2-Arm Swing – 5 Sets x 20 Reps (45lb KB)

C2 KB 1-Arm Press – 5 sets x 5 Reps (45lb KB)

Today was a heavy pulling day. Next time will be more pushing exercises.
