Training Log ~

I have been hitting 4 sets x 6 reps total body split – over the last week I have completed 3 of these workouts.

Todays was –

BB Sumo Deadlift – Max @ 335lbs

Landmine Shoulder Press – Max @ 55lbs

Box Front Squat – Max @ 185 (I know, that was weak!)

Bench – Max @ 225 (Felt great here, I hit 8 reps!)

SA Row- Max @ 100lbs

Landmine Rainbows – Max @ 60lbs (These were NO JOKE!)

The Landmine is one of my favorite contraptions, I should use it more often – it gives you a variety of different  exercises at very unique angles – check it out
