So, Im baack! I finally decided to stop neglecting my blog and show it some love. It has been over a month since my last post! I have missed making witty remarks about so much! What to do? Spring will be here in a week, it is truly better late than never!
Things have gotten so busy around me that its been hard to even get a minute to sit and write! Between the various projects I am working on, I have hardly had time to lift, I needed to find a program that fits well with people that are extremely pressed for time. Which brings me to this post -I think I have found the holy grail of time saving workouts!
Recently another coach (TJ Lopez – definitely check out his stuff here) and I have been toying around with Escalating Density Training Training, a concept developed and popularized by Charles Staley. EDT has literally been leaving me smoked in 30 minutes.
I have found it to be PHENOMENAL for anyone short on time. The concept is so unbelievably simple, its really not even funny! Here it is – see how much work you can get done in a certain amount of time, keep track, and then do better than that next time. See! Its simple!
