Sunny Day KB Workout –

I rocked it today outside!

I took out my 16kg (35lb) KB AKA “The Professor”, and took out my 28kg (62lb) KB AKA “Ivan the Terrible”

Here was the workout –


Warm-Up: Carries and Jumping Jacks –

Waiters Carry 50M + 20 Jumping Jacks

Farmers Carry 50M + 20 Jumping Jacks

Rack Carry 50M + 20 Jumping Jacks

Workout: Look at a timer – 30 secs of work followed by 15 sec rest and keep repeating these supersets –

1A) Swings

1B) Push Presses

2A) Turkish Get Up R/L (I did Right hand 30sec, then left hand on the next round)

2B) Snatches R/L (5 each hand)

3A) Windmill R/L

3B) Bent Over Row
