I got to tell u man, training with you has been awesome and inspiring. I feel stronger and look better – even if I don’t get “visible abs” I still feel GREAT..   I mean that Joey.. I look at the other trainers and the way they train their “clients” and it’s a joke.. those people are paying good money and they are getting shit.. thanks very much..
